    Have to agree with your argument on the original site, John: whatever else, gods save us from ‘balanced satire’… sounds like a concept forged by a bunch of misguided eurocrats, and probably an oxymoron, too. (Sorry not to post there, could not quite get round to registering on yet another site!)
    And whatever I think of the fairness of the Tony Blair one, it is funny! Don’t think that particularly makes it social comment of course, but if you do flash such a cheesey grin while making yourself disliked in public people are going to take advantage of it. 😀
